Bhojana is the Sanskrit word for “food” and yoga refers to the physical practice of yoga which consists of physical postures, controlled breathing and meditation.
This spring, Jesse Lane and Nicky are presenting a Nourish Your Asana Series.
The Nourish Your Asana (NYA) Series is presented in a group setting and is made up of 5 modules, with each module being focused on a particular health objective. Whether your goal is to improve your digestion, boost your energy or promote relaxation, the Nourish your Asana Series has something for everyone!
Each module is 2 hours long and includes a 1-hour nutrition workshop and 1-hour yoga practice. To make your life easy, you can sign up for as few or as many modules as they like!!!! So no need to commit to the entire series if only a few of the topics interest you!
The series takes place on Sundays from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Iam Yoga, located on the 2nd floor of 680 Yonge Street in Toronto.
Specific dates and module topics are:

- May 10 = BYEnergize
- May 17 = BYDetox
- May 24 = BYCalm
