Avocado on Toast

This is one of my most favourite snacks in the afternoon. It’s also great for breakfast!

The combination of ingredients is a great balance between good fat + carb + protein, which keeps your blood sugar levels stable and your energy levels high!

Here’s how quick and easy it is to make this delicious and healthy snack:

Spread 1/2 avocado on a piece of toast (I like Ezekiel bread).

Sprinkle some lime juice, hemp hearts and cayenne pepper on top.
