I love cooking. But, like most people, I don’t have a lot of time. Between work, family, friends, exercise and chores, people often feel that they don’t have the time to cook, so they often reach for quick and easy …. a.k.a. processed food.
But we need fresh, home-cooked meals so our body gets the vitamins and minerals that we require to sustain our health and energy.
Here’s a tip ….. make one or two dishes when you do have time, say on a Sunday afternoon, and keep them in the fridge for re-heating throughout the week. This way you will have a nutritious meal at your finger-tips in a moments notice!
