Be healthy … mind – body – spirit

The Benefits of Juicing

Juicing separates the fiber from the juice of fruits and veggies.

There are countless reasons to incorporate juicing into your life:

Floods the body with nutrition

The stomach works really hard to break-down chunks of food. Juices require much less work from the stomach so you get an instant infusion of vitamins, minerals, enzymes and phytonutrients into the bloodstream.

Rests the liver

The liver is our body’s primary detoxification organ. It does a lot of work on a constant basis and it’s important to give it a rest. Consuming an organic juice rests the liver’s overload of toxins and allows for detoxification to become more efficient and effective.

More veggies than you can imagine

Because juicing separates the juice from the fiber, you can pack tons and tons of veggies and fruits into one glass of fresh pressed juice ~ more than you could possibly eat!

Improves energy

Floods the body with nutrients in their natural form creating a long lasting energy.

Many people are de-hydrated (lack of water & too many caffeinated drinks). Juices are very hydrating, which gets the body to function more efficiently, improves energy, and helps remove toxins more effectively.

Improves skin

Since juicing creates hydration, removes toxins and floods the cells with healing nutrients, skin becomes clearer. Good bye acne and eczema!

Gives the digestive system a break

Juices allow the cells to focus on rest and repair.

Since one of the benefits of juicing is the removal of toxins, we want to try to eliminate any additional toxins from entering our body when juicing. If you can’t juice all organic, please try to follow the Dirty Dozen Clean Fifteen. This will help you to reduce your exposure to pesticides.
