I’m in the middle of a cleanse and am staying away from beans (just this week). Craving hummus, the ultimate snack, I made this bean-free version.
Try this recipe ~ cleanse or no cleanse! It’s really good! And for the record, teenager approved! YAY!
1 cup of diced, peeled zucchini
1/3 cup of tahini
1/2 cup of lemon juice
3 cloves of minced garlic
2 teaspoons of cumin
sea salt to taste
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
