Oh so yummy guacamole


Avocados contain omega-9 (a healthy fat!), and are an excellent source of potassium, copper, folate, and vitamins B6, C, E and K. They contain lutein, which is an antioxidant that helps maintain healthy eyes and skin! They are very high in fiber, and the glutathione in avocados boosts the immune system and helps slow the aging process!


3 avocados pitted, peeled and chopped

2 plum tomatoes diced

1 lime, juiced

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

½ cup diced onion


In a bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and sea salt.

Mix in the onion, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper.

Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavour, or serve immediately.
